Project Overview

Fifteen Fifteen is a 42-storey luxury residential tower designed by internationally acclaimed architect Ole Scheeren, featuring bold cantilevered homes and a glass façade with sweeping views of the North Shore Mountains, Stanley Park, and downtown Vancouver.

Rapicon West Contribution

Rapicon West supplied a Potain MR615 32-tonne luffing jib tower crane, one of the largest Potain luffers operating in Western Canada. Notably, Rapicon West became the second company in North America to climb the MR615, demonstrating exceptional technical expertise. The crane enabled precise lifting of heavy structural steel, large formwork, and complex façade systems within the dense downtown site.

Crane Operations & Collaboration

Crane operations were managed by Centre Point Cranes, Rapicon West’s sister company, ensuring safe, efficient lifts in a challenging high-rise environment. Close coordination with Axiom Builders and New-Firmus Forming allowed for optimized sequencing, material handling, and technical alignment, contributing to the successful execution of one of Vancouver’s most architecturally complex residential towers.
