Our Story
Rapicon West was established in 2018 after being split off from Rapicon Inc, a company founded in 1966. With a clear focus from day one, Rapicon West set out to provide reliable, safety-driven crane and lifting solutions for the construction industry across Western Canada. Built by industry professionals, the company began with a hands on approach prioritizing quality equipment, skilled crews, and responsive service to support complex construction projects throughout British Columbia and Alberta.
Over the years, Rapicon West has grown into a full-service crane solutions partner, offering tower crane rentals and sales, erection and dismantling services, hoist solutions, and certified operators and riggers. Backed by experienced people and modern equipment, we continue to support builders with efficient, dependable lifting solutions — helping projects move forward safely and on schedule.

Ryan Hague is President of Rapicon West, bringing over 20 years of hands-on experience in crane and industrial construction. With a strong mechanical and electrical background, he has led large-scale projects across Western Canada, focusing on safety, precision, and performance. His expertise spans equipment erection, maintenance, workforce training, and client delivery, driving Rapicon West’s continued growth as a leader in crane services.

Robert (Rob) Bratton serves as Vice President, offering over 25 years of experience in the tower crane industry. Beginning as an electrician and progressing through operational and managerial roles with leading crane companies, Rob combines hands-on technical mastery with strategic leadership. His deep knowledge of crane design, assembly, maintenance, and international markets helps drive innovation, efficiency, and safety excellence at Rapicon West.

Jason Hadden is Director of Operations at Rapicon West, blending technical expertise, operational leadership, and client-focused strategy. Starting as an electrician and expanding into marketing, sales, and business development, Jason ensures seamless execution of projects while strengthening client relationships. His leadership emphasizes innovation, efficiency, and communication, supporting the company’s growth across Western Canada’s crane and industrial sectors.
